Nighthawk WebConnectTM software was developed to help you easily manage your automated endpoints.
The Nighthawk WebConnectTM application doesn’t require a PhD to operate. Whether it’s a disconnect, a read-on demand, a voltage inquiry, or a current limiting action, the process is both simple and secure. You can utilize the web interface directly or execute commands in your existing systems via the simple Nighthawk interface. Need a lower cost outage management solution? Simply click on the mapping tab to determine the status of all your Nighthawk devices! Want to receive time of use meter reads? WebConnectTM has a host of reports that gives you the information you want when you need it.
The authorized administrator can add or remove users, add or remove customers in the database, and provide full details by user or device. Nighthawk meters are shipped to customers already deployed in inventory in WebConnectTM. This means that as field personnel physically deploy the meter, the specific address is added, and the the system is ready to go. Commands can be scheduled by batch or by individual meter. A range of pre-formatted reports are available all of which are exportable in a variety of formats.
Some standard reports include:
- Status —a list of all current status
- Outage —a map and tabular list of all device status
- Daily Activity —a list of all daily activity
- Meter Reads —all meter reads
- Custom Meter Reads —time of use — reports in formats you choose
